2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-returnable Items
